Shipping & Returns
BLACKOUT offers a flat rate shipping for $8.00, which is provided by USPS and UPS. We offer FREE U.S. shipping on orders $99+. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend (Fri-Sun) and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate payment information, your order processing may be delayed until the correct information is provided.
At this time, BLACKOUT only ships within the United States.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email from BLACKOUT, which can be tracked on USPS.com.
Ah man… this isn’t good. But hey it happens. So here’s the deal: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) back to BLACKOUT within 10 days from the date your order was delivered. To make a return, just send us a message in our contact us page and we will email you our return form to fill out. Sorry hun, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit in the form of a gift card via email. BLACKOUT store credit does not expire.
Let’s get down to the nitty gritty, shall we? Returned items must be in their original state, unworn and unwashed, with all BLACKOUT product tags attached. If any clothing shows a sign of wear, it will not be accepted. Pretty fair if ya ask us.
Received a defective or incorrect item? We’re bummed to hear that. Please contact us within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we won’t be able to issue any store credit.
Returns will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your package. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.
Jot this down: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. RETURN TRACKING NUMBER must be emailed to us upon shipping. We will only issue credit for packages if the customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address.
A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
SALE, SWIM, BODYSUITS and ACCESSORIES are all final sale items and cannot be returned for store credit.
BOGO FREE SALE
Items purchased during a BOGO offer are viewed as pairs. The BOGO offer applies to the lower-priced item in the pair, making the lower-priced item free. If a return is necessary, each item in the pair has a new, equal value based off of the order total for the two items minus shipping charges. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will refund the new value of the returned item to your original method of payment. Please see the examples below.
- RETURNING ONE ITEM
The order contains two items: Item #1 is $14.95 and Item #2 is $18.95. The order total (minus shipping) is $18.95 (the BOGO offer applies to Item #1), meaning each item now has a value of $9.48, or half the order total. Because the order total is divided equally between the two items, the refund amount will be $9.48 regardless of which pair is returned. Refunds do not include shipping charges.
- RETURNING BOTH ITEMS
The order contains two items: Item #1 is $14.95 and Item #2 is $18.95. The order total (minus shipping) is $18.95 (the BOGO offer applies to Item #1), meaning each item in the pair now has a value of $9.48, which is half of the order total. Returning both items will refund $18.95 (plus any applicable tax) back to the original method of payment. Refunds do not include shipping charges.
